This course will take place at Aditya Ayurveda in Kerala, South India. Fees include accommodation for 13 nights, vegetarian ayurvedic meals, ayurvedic consultation and treatments.

The first five days will focus on Ayurvedic treatments with guidance on restorative yoga practice. The following 7 days will focus on yoga practice with some light Ayurvedic treatments. Arrival Aug 28 & departure Sept 10 morning
