Pregnancy Yoga

We are pleased to offer pregnancy yoga classes once more at Islington Yoga

Yoga can support you physically, mentally and emotionally throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Many yoga practices are suitable during pregnancy as well as post partum. These include strengthening stances, breathing exercises and pelvic floor work.

Karen has over 30 years experience of teaching pregnancy yoga and is knowledgeable about how to adapt for particular issues that can arise during pregnancy

The classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
