Courses are for 6 weeks and cost £66 unless otherwise indicated. The class is held at the same time each week and the date is the start date for each course. Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once the course has begun. Prior to this course fees can be refunded less 20% admin fee if notice is given at least 72 hours before the course starts.
The Saturday class will be ongoing as a drop-in class from January 24

BEGINNERS WORKSHOP SAT JAN 3 2015 CLICK HERE TO BOOK
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and will introduce the joint warm up sequence of Shadow Yoga, the basic stances taught in the beginners courses and a warming down practice. Time will be available for question and answers at the end of the class.

TANREN CLASSES WITH JOHN EVANS VIEW COURSE DATES/BOOK
The Japanese word tanren refers to conditioning systems that prepare the body for martial arts. Tanren means forging, as this way of training cultivates soft and firm qualities to develop a fluid strength. The Kurikara Kata (Dragon form) integrates breathing with spiralling movements, wielding short steel rods in increasingly deep stances. This form is part of the training syllabus of the Fudokan Sword school but can also be practiced independently for its physical and mental benefits.
